Hey everyone,
Just wanted to show my face on here because this is all new to me .I need everybody's help on this journey because that " fasting " whewww child is hard lol. But all friend requests and and advice is SO welcome. Look forward to hearing from y'all. Let's get :)

    @shannel41 I hope keto works out for you like many others. It is not magical but over the pass 5 Keto years it can seem magical from time to time I personally find due to health improvements that continue to happen in my case.

    Best of success with finding the WOE that works best for your physical and mental health.

    Hey, been doing keto for almost a month. Love it!!!

    Thought I would recommend the keto group and the low carb group on here.

    They are great places for tips and recipes. Both have active discussions. So if you haven't checked them out yet, I highly recommend.

    Hello. I too am new to Ketogenic diet. I am using a breakdown of Carbohydrates 5%, Fat 75%, and protein 20% or 25 g carbs, 156 g fat, and 56 g protein daily. I am slowly converting to a lot of breakfast food 3 times a day and I have had one 18 hour fast to date (suppose to be good to jump start Ketosis). I also find that "https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC70SrI3VkT1MXALRtf0pcHg&quot; is very inspiring and renforces my devotion when I start craving carbs. Forst 6 weeks is very important to stay on Keto without backsliding.
