Anxiety driven body

I am Jen I am new to MyFitnessPal. I am 262lbs and I am ashamed at what I have done to my body. I have anxiety and depression and horrible eating habits. When my anxiety and depression get the best of me I don’t do anything. I can’t think right and I can’t eat right. I do know that people that cheer each other on really do help. This is why I am here to do. To start over. To turn over a new leaf. To help me, love me again.

I just want to give you the biggest hug. I also suffer from extreme anxiety and depression. It's no picnic, that's for sure.
I've been here about a month. I've been very pleased with the results so far.
Read the stickies at the top of the forum. Tons of great information there.
Fill out the food diary truthfully. I fill mine out a few days in advance. It helps to keep me accountable and on track.

Hi Jen, I sent you a friend request. I have anxiety and depression as well (diagnosed with panic disorder) and because of my high levels of anxiety, I struggle to stay consistent with eating well and getting my body moving.
I'm glad you're here and have decided to start over and begin your journey to health.2
