Are you counting your calories and weighing everything you eat? If not, that's an important first step.

If so, then it's quite possible your body is retaining water weight due to muscle recovery from an increase in exercise. Weight loss in not linear. The scale fluctuates normally. Give it time and it will even out.

it may be water weight, if you're starting a new exercise program.

    That's just normal fluctuation

You're never just one weight, you are a weight range within a few pounds.

Plus working out causes the muscles to hold more water to help them repair.

Even if you're eating a caloric deficit you're unlikely to lose any noticeable amount of fat in 3 days. Plus or minus a couple of pounds is a normal fluctuation (water retention due to muscle recovery, hormonal changes, higher than average sodium intake etc) which is why it's generally not a good idea to weigh yourself everyday. Watch for trends over time, weight loss isn't linear it takes time and patience.
