I have a huge mountain to climb!

Hi everyone. I'm a mature student with two young adult children. I'm married to a guy that works hard to stay fit and eats very well. It hasn't rubbed off on me but I have to loose weight. I have a high BMI and I want to enjoy life. I don't eat badly but my potion sizes need work. I do exercise walking and swimming but my biggest failure is sweet things and coffees. Latte and such is my go to. If anyone has some helpful advise I would love to connect to them

Cold turkey. If you cut off the sweet stuff completely, after a few days the cravings will dwindle.
But that's a bit extreme.1 -
Ok will try. I suppose not having it in the house will help. I need to look at my potion sizes. Does anyone have any helpful tips for that ?0

I would advise cutting back. This app helped me with portion control and sweets. I will eat fruits or smoothies to satisfy my cravings for sweet things. If you cut sweets out completely, you will be likely to cave in and binge then feel like a failure. I did things such as switching from whole milk to 2% then to Monday and now I do almond milk.1
