All the time.... So I usually go for a walk or just do some more exercise.

I also notice that on days like this, drinking water helps me to feel better. It is almost like a flushed out sort of feeling.

Don't know how you will take my comment and please forgive me if it causes any hurt. I've read back through many of your posts and find it a little worrying as you sound like someone who may be developing or have the potential of developing an eating disorder. PLEASE don't think I am trying to criticize you it is just that I do have personal experience and while being a health fanatic can be seen as a good thing it is also a dangerous line to tread as one can slip into letting diet and exercise control their lives. I don't know if I am right on this but I just get the feeling you are perhaps just a little too strict about your new lifestyle and it is affecting your outlook.

i appreciate your concern.. and im not just saying that.
i am obsessed with health and nutrition, it seems a bit much to most people.
but i enjoy it. it makes me happy.
i enjoy my healthy food and exercise (well i enjoy my exercise 80% of the time ha :) ) i mean i LOVE everything i eat, and i eat almost the same things everyday, but i enjoy them. and its not amount my weight or the way i look. i want to be fit and healthy but looking sexy is just a bonus :)

i dont know why i feel horrible today, i think it may have something to with exercise and my finding that its getting too easy to do and im not getting the satisfaction i used to, but most of the time im too busy to rev up my exercise routine.

What kind of eating disorder? I didn't look at a lot of your posts, but your diary has a lot of healthy foods, completely normal amounts of exercise, and, even though you have lots of calories remaining, you are still netting around 1500 every day.

So maybe he was talking self-esteem, I don't know about that because I have not been following your posts, but from my limited knowledge about fitness and nutrition, you seem like you are doing great to me.

AND, your profile says you are trying to become a personal trainer....so it stands to reason that you would think about fitness a lot.

As for the way you feel, it happens. Hormones shift all the time for various reasons, and some days you just feel like $h!t. Sometimes I turn those days into my off days and sometimes I power through it. Find a good book or movie and curl up in your best blanket to relax (you said you had already worked out for the day).

Hope that you felt better fast!
