Hello, I'm back again. Last I joined I didn't lose weight but I stopped gaining weight. I quit went back to old ways and gained an additional 10 pounds. Early menopause and grief has me back again to make sure I don't hit two hundred pounds. As someone who was a 110 for most of my adult life this weight gain over the past three years has been difficult. Mixed in with family losses, double mastectomy and hormones when it comes to my size I don't feel I have a chance at getting my old body back, but after my mother's recent sudden death at age 62 I'll certainly won't be giving up the fight. Currently at 176 pounds looking to drop 50 pounds.
