Hello guys! I started a weight Loss Challenge!! EVERYONE CAN JOIN!

Started June 1st 2019....
My Weight and Measurements..
Height: 5'9 (175cm)
START Weight: 99Kgs (218 Pounds)
2 weeks later..96.9Kgs(213.6 Pounds)

Bust First day: 111.5cm (44") .....2 weeks later 109cm (42.9")
Waist First day: 98cm (38.6") .....2 weeks later 98cm (38.6")
Lower Belly First day: 117cm (46") .....2 weeks later 117cm (46")
Hips First day: 117cm (46") .....2 weeks later 114cm (44.9")

RULES!!! Post your initial picture!! Here! every 2 weeks We will post our progress picture!!
You can follow whatever rules to lose weight and lose inches..
Mine are...
Drink At least 2Ls of water/day
1 Cheat day per week (Saturday for me..)
Walk for an hour on a treadmill or outside 5 times per week
Lower ab exercise/Stretches 5 times per week
Stop eating 2hours before bed
No artificial Sugar 6days/week
No junk food 6 days/week
Eat mostly whole foods
Drink Green tea with lemon
Apple Cider Vinegar
Eat Lots of Veggies

    Hello Guys!! Sorry for being MIA!

    my 2 week Update
    I definitely look more bloated for some reason.. although I drank 2Ls of water to make sure I flushed out excess water.

    4 Week (AKA 1 Month Update!)
    I cheated a lot since the last update.. sugar wise.. also I didn't drink 2Ls of water or excercise enough.. BUT I always ate below my caloric maintenance (I DID NOT COUNT CALORIES BTW).

    HOWEVER. I can definitely see the difference Between day 1 and day 30! I look slightly slimmer.
