I keep it super simple. Meat (or eggs), veggies, and some source of fat.
For dinner I just had marinated chicken leg/thigh quarters, and grilled zucchini drizzled with olive oil and with some Montreal steak seasoning. Cheap, simple, easy. Most of my meals look like this.

Here are some good recipes I have used to lose 30lbs on keto! On the bbq recipe replace the Dr Pepper with a Diet Coke of choice!

taco salad! With hamburger, lettuce, cheese, i added some cucumber for crunch. Then used sour cream as a "dressing"3
