I have struggled to get this last 20 lbs off for like...10 years? I used to run about 6 miles a day every day, that got the weight off FAST! But then we moved and I lost my running trail and fell off the wagon. I eat really healthy...but too much one day, and not enough the next. Now I run on the treadmil at about a 15% incline for 45 min almost everyday.
I love seeing transformations, it really keeps me going to see people change with hard work! I love reading all of your comments and advice! Look forward to connecting!
