Question re Tesco (UK) spare ribs and keto

I got some Peking Spare Ribs from Tesco — I read the carb content, which said 1.3g per 100g. However, they came with a peking sauce to add to them. The sauce had no information re carbs etc and the box says that the carb content is 1.3g per 100g if prepared as instructed. The instructions included pouring on the sauce, so does that mean the 1.3g is including the sauce?

I wish they’d be more clear on that.

I would imagine it is already calculated in. Although is there a lot of sugar in the sauce?

I have no idea as there is no nutritional information provided regarding the sauce, either on the main box or in the sachet. That’s why I’m so confused.

Surely a plain old rib has no carbs, therefore I would assume that with the sauce, thats where the carbs are from?

That’s what I’m thinking. I sure hope so anyway. :)
