I'm back and need to stay on track

I have been struggling with everything lately and I need to get back on track before something serious happens with my health I'm already battling a couple of conditions and I need to get them under control. I'm also wanting to lose around 40 pounds or more and I know it can be done i just need to stay focused at all times and not say I'm going to do it and than dont no more excuses.

    We can do this, just one day at a time, there’s going to be good and bad times over the next few days and weeks, but supporting each other we can do this.

    Well I’ve weighed in, Day I starts here.
    Reading a lot of the discussions over the last few days I have realised I’m probably not eating enough protein.
    I tend to waste calories on cereals/toast for breakfast.
    Does anyone have any suggestions for breakfast please using protein.
