Taking it more seriously

Hi, I'm Jaz. While I'm not new, I'm definitely taking my weight-loss more seriously than before. Hoping to inspire and be inspired by this community.
I used to weigh 116 kg (256 pounds) three years ago, then within a span of 6 months I lost 22kg (49 pounds) in a really unhealthy manner with the help of an appetite suppressing supplement. Of course as soon as I got off the supplement I regained weight and have been yoyo-ing between 97kg and 105kg ever since.
I mentioned that I lost weight in an unhealthy manner is because I lost it without much increase in exercise, so I was basically starving myself for the most part. Since then however I have been exercising at least 4 times a week. However maintaining a healthy diet has been the most difficult part.
However right now, I am starting a new life and looking forward to building healthy eating habits one step at a time. Right now, well...I have no idea how much actually weigh since I only weigh with my fitness coach once a month (started last month at 104kg) and my next weigh day is thus Thursday. However my target weight is to reach between 80-85kg including muscle gain.
I don't know if anyone will actually read this, but in any case it will always serve as a something for me to return to if I ever lose motivation.
