Started this on June 25 actually kinda like it but I do miss sweets

    I imagine you'll probably also miss going to the toilet without any fibre.

    Is there some particular reason you're doing it?

    Bathroom breaks are not a problem as long as your hydration and fats are in line.

    Really? My experience of unintentionally having very little fibre (fat and hydration never an issue, I drink about 3 litres of water per day and average about 85g of fat per day) has been completely the opposite. Maybe that's just me though.

    Really? My experience of unintentionally having very little fibre (fat and hydration never an issue, I drink about 3 litres of water per day and average about 85g of fat per day) has been completely the opposite. Maybe that's just me though.

    I did full on carnivore (literally no veggies/fruits/grains) for 2 months and was regular as clockwork for the entire 2 months. It was an interesting experience, but I like veggies and fruits to much to give them up forever.

    That could be true if you are eating plants, but not fiber. Fiber helps with digestion of other plant materials. If you don't eat plants, you don't need fiber.

    OP, have you given up artificial sweeteners? That may help cravings if you haven't yet.

    Fair dos, on days I have had just dairy/meat I'm corked like an old bottle of wine :lol: guess is just me. Still doesn't sound like much fun but each to their own!
