Can anyone help me with this? I use a heart rate monitor while I work out and I usually stay in the 160s-180s. How do I figure out how many calories I am burning? I would like to start being more accurate with this.
THANKS!
THANKS!

Your heart rate monitor should tell you how many calories you have burned at the end of your activity. I have both a garmin and polar heart rate monitor and at the end of my activity I look at my watch and it indicates how many calories I have burned!!!:happy:0

Mine does not tell me how many calories I have burned.
I will have to find out how to figure it out myself. There has to be a way. This is the one I have.
