WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE AND SUPPORT GROUP

CHALLENGERS ARE ASSIGNED TO ONE OF THE SIX TEAMS…..
Each team has THEIR own discussion//TEAM THREAD//CHAT ROOM where you can help motivate each other and where you can post about goals, struggles and successes.
