Hello all! Been a member for quite some time now and I'm on and off again active. Hoping to change that for good this time. I have started to post daily again for accountability to myself and also to help motivate others. Ultimately I have about 50lbs I'd like to lose but doing so in baby steps. Feel free to add me so we can do this together!

I’m on and off the exercise wagon. I wanna loose 50+. I try and walk different amounts every day hoping that helps.. I was hoping to loose it by end of summer not looking like it’s gonna happen. I stay under calorie count most of the time I go over every once in a while when we go out with friends.5

Ugh, the app isn’t letting me add friends at the moment. If it is working for y’all, feel free to add me. I’ve been here for about 7 months and have lost about 44lbs. I still have 11or so lbs to lose.0

I need some friends help. Lost 50 so far down to my last 20 something to go the hardest part since I can’t workout much due to chronic fatigue syndrome so I’m stuck doing this the hard way by diet alone other than some walking. I’m worried about the last pounds as I’ve started to slow down and mentally I’m not quite as excited as I’ve been. Hence MFP and begging for friends! 🤪😝😬 I’m a far cry away from my Iron Man days 😭0
