Hi my name is Jennah. I’m a 27 year old single mom to an almost 5 year old boy. I left an abusive marriage of 5 years and am trying to reclaim my life and my confidence. I love to work out and am good at it....when I actually do it. I’m struggling getting in the groove of working out and eating healthy consistently. Any pointers or tips

Hi Jennah - I am finding my groove too, slowly but surely. The best advice I have heard is just to do activities you really enjoy, whatever they might be - exercise doesn't necessarily mean just going to the gym.
