I am unable to enter foods into the app on my phone. I looked up a small Firehouse Italian sub. I select 1 serving and SAVE. when I look at my diary nothing is there!! So aggravating. What am I doing wrong?

    Are you on the correct day? Also, did you hit the checkmark at the top right?

    Could be the app. I'm on mobile app and it is glitchy as ****.

    I consistently have to Force Stop app, then try again to get foods to save to diary. Also, messages, friends list, and community are frequently unavailable.

    Sometimes it takes a minute to sync up. I'll often enter things on the desktop, then scan something on my phone and won't initially see the things I just entered on the website.
