Struggling after Vacation

My weight loss has been Sloth Slow. Lost 10 lbs, but it has taken me 4 months. Why? Because I like to go out to eat, especially on weekends. However, since coming back from an 8 day beach vacation, I'm having an even harder time getting my butt to the gym and making better choices.

I MUST lose weight because I'm going to Disney World in November and I want to make sure that I will be able to walk comfortably and I want to make sure I can fit on the rides and airplane (never been on an airplane before)

Any suggestions on how to get out of vacation mode?

    You’ve got the incentive with your trip to Disney World in November. In four months you can accomplish a decent amount.
    I don’t know if it will work for anyone else, but I have a reminder alert on my phone to remember my winter jacket and size 10 jeans I want to be able to wear. It’s been working for me.

    You just have to commit. You have to make yourself a priority. Whatever choices you make will show in the results you get.

    Did you fill out your food diary on vacation?
