Hi, I am suzy from Sydney. Recently shifted to the place and finding it quite overwhelming . In the last few months gained much weight and I am looking forward to fitness pal to help me out. I have also joined the indoor rock climbing and bouldering in Sydney by name Climbfit kirrawee. But that's a weekly affair, I need some sustainable and regular plan too.

if your body was used to being fit and active you will get back in shape in no time , good luck in your rock climbing and try to go to the gym at least 5 times a week0
