Diet recommendation needed

Hi everyone, I was on a keto diet then low carb diet but it’s been almost a year and I am kind of bored and miss fruits etc... I also find that I am losing my hair, have irregular periods etc... I also lost very slowly 15 kilos but as soon as I ate during the holidays I gained very quickly (probably a lot is water with eating more carbs) . I am therefore looking for a more balanced diet. Any recommendation? On macro split/calorie? Or other?
