Brand New Start!

Hey all! I used to use mfp daily a few years ago and managed to drop from 285 to 240 . I never reached my goal and lately I’ve put in a little extra weight again. I’m finding the motivation to get going again but I’m hoping to find like minded friends to have on the app to act as competitive motivation.

    Hi there, I am in the same situation. Happy to do the journey together. I like intermittent fasting and planning my meals. Biggest hurdle is cutting down the carbs!
