sloppy Keto ( just try to limit carbs and sugars, but I will have a treat and I will have pizza). 201 on delivery day-189 post baby to 145! 10 more lbs to goal and I’m just starting to work out ! Might not make it but I’m ok with where I am now...need to pump that booty back up!

    Great job! I was in the 200s when my son was born. Count calories accurately and it can be done.
