So I have really really fatty arms, and I really want to tone them out badly. But I'm not really sure the best way to start. Any idea's on exercises I should do that works your arms well, or machines or videos to use? Or should I just try and do push ups and free weights? ( but I only can do like 3 push up lol I have no muscle at all in my arms) Help PLease =]

Free weights, pushups, yes and yes.
For more ideas I'd recommend either googling it or following some workouts from www.bodyrock.tv
You can start with knee pushups for now and work your way into full-out plank pushups.
Tricep dips are also really helpful.0 -
Get those stretchy bands. They're cheap, easy store, and easy to travel with. You can get them at Walmart or Target. You can do bicep curls, hammer curls, overhead curls, tricep curls, etc.0

If I were you, I would exercise for all of my body, not target just the arms. Find a program that targets everything. I do Nike Training Club app. I have a very hard time with push-ups, but all the other exercises involve arms too, I can already see a difference. Once you lose weight and start building muscle, ALL of your body will look nice, including your arms.0 -

I agree. You can't spot reduce fat. You can tone the muscles underneath the fat but that won't help if they're covered with fat, kwim? I suggest a good program of all over strength training and cardio. Good luck!!0 -
You should really work your whole body, you can't spot reduce. However, the 30 Day Shred is fantastic for arms. I did the full 30 days and my arms look amazing and it's worked my whole body as well.
Try that as a first step.
I've since gone on to Insanity (also great for arms) and I'm now mixing Insanity with two other Jillian Michaels DVDs. They are all great as they're fantastic for cardio but also strengthen and tone.0 -
swimming is good for your arms hun0
