Sugar is a carb. But if that is salami, I would question if the entry is right. I haven't seen salami with fiber in it.
But overall, you should be aiming for 25-50g net carbs. So yes, you can have it, just make sure you could it against your carb count.1 -
It has a very low carb profile. I point out that preserved meats often contain nitrates, which are fine in moderation, but not so much in large amounts.
Healthier low-carb foods include nuts, cheese, butter, various oils, fish, meats.
I know I'll get a "woo" for this comment, but there it is.1 -
I suspect the carb count is already net carbs because the 1 gram of fiber isn't being counted in the total. As for eating as much of it as you want, it depends on your goals and how many calories you are willing to spend on one food.1
