Well I have decided to monitor my food intake due to being IBS, you see my appetite has exceeded my needs, and after cutting back considerably I have noticed all the food being eaten was causing much flatulence. So here I am again.
Since my last login initially weighing 110 kgs three to fours years ago, my food intake has decreased because of eating clean and exercising considerably more than I use to.
My weight fluctuates between 90 and 93 kgs, and I plan to maintain this weight.
Hopefully the people on this site will help with some good ideas.

My ibs made me gain weight. Only thing that felt good on my stomach was carbs. Trying healthy eating and I’m down 20 lbs. Good luck!0
