I have been logging for a week today and am down 2 pounds! I recently quit weight watchers because while I did lose about 10 pounds with them I didn't feel like that was something i could maintain for an extended period of time. I felt like the points system didn't teach me much about what was in the food i was eating.
My current goal is to lose about 10 pounds before October 1. I am going on a cruise with me family and want to be confident in my bathing suit in front of a ship full of people.--I have ordered a new bikini and hung it in front of the treadmill as a bit of motivation when i get son. It helps me push the extra few minutes and burn off a few extra calories!
