2 NSV's

2 separate occasions, but similar comments.... the first came from my ex (mother of my baby girl) earlier this week, she told me I need new clothes, cause the ones I was wearing, looked like a tent on me. And today, while tuning up my new bike. my 60 yr old next door neighbour, mentioned I looked good, and she could tell I've lost lots of weight, and toned up.

Both of those comments, boosted my moral, and kicked in my motivation to keep this up, and drop another 70 lbs.

    Congrats. Keep up the good work. I keep seeing NSV. What is that? I'm not a texter so I get stumped on shorthand.

    NSV means Non Scale Victory. like when someone notices your progress. you fit into an outfit you couldn't wear for a year or more. things like that.

    Those are wonderful NSV's! Must have felt good to see your hard work is noticeable.
