So I’m a new mom. Had my baby 6 weeks ago. I need help staying motivated since I’m exhausted all the time now.

Congratulations!
A lot will depend on if your breastfeeding or not because of the calories, and also how you delivered baby (csection?) And if you had birthing complications on whether or not you can exercise, best to get your Dr to give you the go ahead!
But i would just try eat the best you can, just common sense like eating fruit not choccolate, drinking plenty. Not junk food but just general balanced meals. If you have time to prep meals that can save you time later in the day or if the days just been hectic you have something you can just grab and reheat rather than junk/takeout.
Youre going to be shattered, and i think its more important right now to find your routine with the baby, and then you can figure out where you want to go next with your plans because youll know where you have time!
But exercise for now, go for walks with the baby in his/her pram! Its great for you and for the baby!0 -
I have a six week old as well so I totally feel you. Hoping to find a new routine with my baby but still trying to get by with enough sleep0
