I was born in Northern NY, but have called Southern Quebec home for the past 15 years. I live about an hour south of Montreal!
I started with about 100-105lbs to lose. I'm down over 75 now.

I'm not from Quebec (although I'd love to visit there sometime!). I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

I kinda gave up on the idea of trying to lose fat the "fast way" meaning strictly doing cardio and setting my calorie goal to 1200. I did lose quite a bit of weight doing this way. I started at approx. 183lbs. I'm now at 155lbs. Now that I've lost all that weight, I'm now focusing on "macros" and strength training/ weight lifting - more specifically recomping.

    I live in Gatineau.
I started my journey weighing 285.
    I'm currently at 165 ish.
I'm trying to get back to 145/150 which is where I was before my divorce and moving back to Canada almost 3 years ago.
