the munchies?

sometimes i feel like because i know i have calories left i eat more. Because i am always logging calories and worrying about what i eat i also feel like sometimes i get hungry more often because i am always thinking about food. Does anyone else have this problem? is this normal? should i stop logging and just listen to my body or what?

    I have the same problem!!! Its terrible, and sometimes i think i should quit mfp...if you remember to eat 3 healthy-veggie filled meals a day, and stay away from the snacking you will drop pounds fast! It takes a lot of power to stay away from the snacks but its worth it :)

    By all means, Do not stop logging.

    Fill up on water before you eat you'll be full faster...I try to concentrate on burning more ...I have all these calories left but don't feel like eating; but as long as ur eating healthly and staying under ur limit; You know?
