My Newest Dinner Recipe!

I have a George Forman grill and up until this week I just used it to make grilled chicken. However, tonight I made a roast beef, provolone, green bell pepper, sandwich on wheat. It's under 500 cals and I paired it with carrots...SO GOOD! I'm a college student so it's nice to have healthy options. Tomorrow, it's turkey, tomato, swiss, on wheat.

Looks really good! Have you tried the Aunt Millie's light/low cal breads? They are quite good and only 35 or 40 calories a slice (depending on which kind you choose).0

I make those for me, my boyfriend, and our room ate at least twice a month! Same recipe, if you don't mind a few more calories/fat, try sandwich shop chipotle mayo, it is sooooooo delicious0

Yum! I'm buying a foreman as soon as I get my pay cheque! Been eyeing one up for awhile, and they have a personal one for $14! That sammich looks amazing!!!0

Oh my God, that looks SO good right now. I used to love making grilled cheese sandwiches with mozerella and warm ham. But it was way high in calories, so this sounds like a good alternative. I love melty cheese, especially on a sammich.0
