SO hungry

I have not cheated one day in two months and I am starving tonight. I am going to get my TOm in about a week and a half and I can completely tell! I am already over by -173 and I am still hungry and it is only 5:30pm here. What do I do??

what I do is chug water and see if I stil am hungry... If I am...I eat! I love the 100 cal popcorn b/c it takes awhile to eat..0

So understand your hunger. TOM is the most difficult time and I'm right with you on that one. If you overindulge try not to beat yourself up. Maybe try and put in a bit more exercise today. That is what I did today and now I'm not in the red, thank goodness. We all have our good days and we all have our bad. Chin up.:flowerforyou:0

I would look at what you have left, if you know you're going to end up eating something at least make it balance out your diet a little ( ex. if you have some protein left over, go for that )0

go for a walk or a jog. then have a snack.0

I try some ice water first and then try and put my mind on something I find healthy, I don't even mean foodwise, something you enjoy and know you'd have a blast doing. Are you artzy? Do you rollerblade, how about journaling at the park....things out of the norm in your everyday life that will take you someplace else in your mind!
As many shared, a bit of excercise then a planned snack can work as another alternative. Excercise I find really chills out my cravings/appetite...I never have food on my mind when working out or after. I just have a super high and feel proud that I DID IT instead of caving to cravings
