6'1 - 6'3 Guys. Goal Weights?

I'm 6'2, and according to the science guys, the healthy weight range for someone my height is between 194 and 145 lbs.
That is a huge range and I'm trying to get an idea of what's realistic.

On 1 Sept 2018, I was 257 lbs and by 2 March 2109, I was 193lb, which when I started seemed like a very long way away, and was a target I wasn't sure I'd reach. That got my BMI into the "healthy" range and I was sure that I'd be amazingly satisfied with that. That isn't the case, and I feel like I still have a bit of a belly, some love handles and maybe even moobs.
The loss was pretty much all done by calorie counting and a fairly active lifestyle ( that I had always managed to compensate for before, with my love of cake), but no regimented exercise.
I've managed to remain around the mid 190s since then, but feel like I actually should be lighter.

So, I'm trying to get an idea of what guys my size are happy at, and what sort of number I could be looking at ( I'm goal orientated, so I like to have a target)

PS I'm also in my mid 50s, so I have no illusions of my body image.

    Im 51.
    Started at 239 now at 186. I want to get down to 175 then very slowely build muscle back up to....whatever im happy with...lol

    6'3" here.. 190 (high side) goal weight.. been lower when I was young but I look thin at 180.. pick whatever fits youas long your in normal bmi.

    6'1" here... 244lb Ex-marine now firefighter instructor-fit and physically active I have been as low as 210lb but looked ill!!! I think to get near what you feel is comfortable than train yourself happy!!

    6’2” 255# on 2/9/19 down to 185# and I agree I thought I was going to be going to 195# but I am going to go to 175# and see how I feel at that weight.
    I just have an active lifestyle so my weight loss is from diet. I’m eating 2550 cal 40% protein, 30% fats and carbs.

    Thanks guys, I've started doing some light training ( first time in a very long time) and I'm going to aim for 185 and see how I feel at that weight.
    (can't imagine 175 so I'd be interested to see how you get on Danny)

    BMI is a large range to accommodate a wide range of things like muscle mass, bone structure, etc. Someone 6'2" weighing 145 Lbs would be very, very lean and also not have much in the way of muscle mass and a slight bone structure.

    I personally never had a goal weight...I let the mirror do the talking.

    I'm 6'1" 175lb, see profile pic for build. I've been lifting seriously since 2015, a smattering of p90X type stuff before that. I came to MFP in 2012 after having gained weight travelling a bunch with my first job out of college and it took some time for me to learn I didn't really like the way I looked as low as 159 or as high as 185 because I simply didn't have enough muscle to look the way I wanted.

    My husband is 6'3 and has weighed from 170-230 (in the time I have known him...20 years). For him 170 is too small. He's a little pudgy at 230. Generally, 205-215 is his best range (he isn't super lean, but is fairly built).
