Hi
On yet again another “mindful/ healthy eating malarkey”. I’m very good at meeting targets with work, if you asked me to do anything for a friend then consider it done but I do struggle at doing things for me, so staying focused on my health seems to take a back seat....
Here’s hoping that I can change this....
This isn’t my first day...there is no event or target set in stone but there is a need to take control of my eating habits and get some self confidence back

    Absolutely, you would think I was old enough to learn from previous attempts but alas no I still put others first

    I agree with you. I cannot get myself to exercise. I’m thinking that this app will truly help me “see” what I’m not doing

    If I made myself as much of a priority as work and everybody else, this would be a breeze!
