    Always naked, even in the winter. I'll throw an extra blanket on but because I flop around, I can't stand twisted clothes on me...

    PJs or tshirt or something. I find it quite unhygienic to sleep naked or in just underwear unless you're up to change sheet every night. With all the sweat, dead skin, and whatnot, I just find it disgusting. But to each is own.

    Naked and I wash the sheets everyday I wouldn’t wear the same clothes two days in a row and I won’t sleep in the same sheets either but I’m a stay at home mum so I have the time to wash dry and make the beds everyday even tho this annoys my partner as I have a routine so he never gets to sleep in on his days off as I have to take the sheets off the bed at 8 every morning because that is the time the little kids will be eating breakfast and the older ones will be leaving for school or on a weekend all eating together

    As well as washing the bed linen regularly, one of the best things you can do to help with the hygiene of the bed and this may seem strange to some, don’t make the bed in the morning. Let the sheets air and make the bed as late as possible in the day. Apparently helps to control bed bugs.

    big fan of naked and just sleeping on the floor tbqh super easy and no sheets to worry about. really seems to bother friends when im spending the night though.

    Have you ever noticed how the linen & towels at a hotel are normally quite ‘stiff?’ Well, that’s because they have to change them after every guest but also because the laundry service they use, wash everything at a very high temperature and no conditioner...

    Boxers shorts is good enough for me, be it summers or winters. The only thing which gets added up is a t-shirt in winters, but summers I like it to be easy :)
