I joined MFP years ago but basically ignored it.

A timeline of my weight! Haha!

2009: 150lbs
2015: 200lbs (gained weight working 2 jobs - 60 hour weeks, and while battling with depression)
2017 : Joined MFP
January 2018: 250lbs (weight gain amped up)
June 2018: 255lbs (stress of planning a wedding led to weight gain)
July 2018: 265lbs (post-honeymoon I discovered I'd gained 10lbs. HAHA. We ate well ;) Discovered I was pregnant mid-July )
March 2019: 305lbs (most of which is baby weight)
July 2019: 285lbs (post-patrum - the highest weight I have ever carried!!!)

During the pregnancy, I tackled and dealt with a lot of the trauma that was the source of my anxiety/depression issues and consequently my eating issues. I finally feel like I understand completely why I eat the way I do and I feel ready to tackle it head-on!

My goal is to get back to 200lbs at LEAST. I would love to hit 170 as I think that's what would suit my height best but I'm focusing on smaller goals first (HAH! losing 80lbs = small goal! Yikes!).

Physically I'm not in good shape. I have injuries from my running days (which has led to sore knees), injuries from my workplace (which has led to nerve damage in my shoulders and problems with my feet), and a 4-month-old (which means little to no sleep every day). Because of this, my focus is on light physical activity (walking only) but strictly controlled eating (by this I mean not allowing junk food into the house and monitoring everything I eat! Right now my fridge is literally empty of everything except the food I planned for the week! Haha. Sometimes you gotta take extreme measures).

I'm looking for a place to share weekly weigh-ins? I'll be searching the forum soon but if you read this and think of a place that would be suitable please link me!

I have tried MFP so many times and dropped it so many times that I waited until I have been meal planning and tracking for a week before making this post. Whoops! Anybody else join MFP and have a few false starts before they really got going?

Anyway, here we go!!! Again. LOL.
