Ticker not showing

Hi all. I just updated my weightloss but my ticker is not displaying. Can anyone help?

    Mine hasn't since I've been here, 6 weeks.

    Tried help desk response, didn't work. Hopefully, someone will figure it out.

    having the same problem. frustrating because the ticker was a motivator

    Ticker gone here too. It’s been a few weeks. I just see a number where the ticker should be.

    I have been seeing a number instead of a ticker for several years now. I believe the developers don't give a *kitten* so I have given up on it. I might just switch to a competing app

    Mine isn't working either. I've been back 71 days and not working. I've lost 20 lbs. dammit! LOL!

    I think it's because you have to put the "url" in at the beginning and end of the http
