How to get lower ABS?

Hi, im 39y old male. Last 3m I’ve been using My Fitness pal and its helped me loose kilos. I went from 87kg to 75kg now, witch is my normal weight when I workout. (Height 180cm) I was on 1900 calories and now im cutting it to 1600. Is that ok to get rid of lower stomach fat and get abs like i have them in upper part? Pls help :)

    Unfortunately, the only way to reveal your lower abs is to lose more fat, which usually involves losing more wt.

    However, at 180cm or 5'10" and 75kg or 165#, you are already at a pretty good weight for your size and losing much more wt may not be desireable.

    So, you may want to try to recomp BUT recomp is really hard to accomplish.

    The easier method may be to continue to cut until you see the results you like and, if you think that wt is too light for you, then gradually bulk up by eating more protein and lifting heavy to increase muscle mass while also trying to minimize fat/wt gain by increasing your total cal intake gradually.

    Keep cutting till you see them. Do AB workouts 3 times a week as well. I recommend the abwheel

    @PAV8888 I have a program and i keep pushing even further with some additional at the end of training.
    Actually it’s my second week of program.
