Does anybody know how to restore extremely damaged and fried hair?

Last month I had black hair. 15 years of cheap box dye. I had my hair bleached then the top bleached again to try lighten it to dye my natural colour. I have naturally mega wavy hair, it was to my bum and now it's to my boob (couldn't think how to describe length) as I'm now straightening it when I go out the heat or wind makes it frizzy. I'm going for a Brazilian blow out tomorrow. It adds proteins to the hair to make it sit flatter. I will post back once I see how it turns out. Will try post a before pic now.
