I had seen a post a week or so ago on this topic, but I couldn't find it, so I thought I'd just ask again. I started the 30ds today & I'm unsure of how to record it in my exercise diary. & No, I don't have a heart monitor yet. What do all of you suggest? Thanks in advance!

Before I got my HRM, I logged it as Circuit Training. It was pretty accurate for me :)

In the cardio listing, there's a spot for " circuit training". I logged mine in there until I got my HRM ( this week), and in comparison, it was pretty close to accurate.

    Hope that helps!

I usually log it as 20-25 mins of circuit training. Good luck!
  • Thank yall so much! I'm new here, so I'm still trying to learn the ropes. I will just log it that way.
