Hi,

I am 42, happily married with three kids. I am 5'4" tall and weigh almost 200 lbs. I am looking for friends to provide support and accountability.

    Here I am again. Since 2015, when I made the above post, I lost and gained weight numerous times. I am still very happily married but my weight is now 220 (at one point, I was down to 165) I am better at losing weight and maintaining my weight using this app than any other method.
    I am ready to reach and maintain my goal weight
