Hi everyone. Can someone help me or answer me why im not loosing weight suddenly? I started my diet 3 months ago but i stopped it after i achieve loosing 6kg. Then i start on diet and excersiz3 after 2 month of pause. But after 2 weeks i didnt lose any weight..
Im 24 years old. 5.5 heights.
I do 1200 calorie per day with 30 mins cardio aday and weights for 20 mins.
Can someone estimate how many protein i should eat and carbs?
