    I just want to bump this thread back up for any new MFP members looking for support. Our group is a month old, supportive and active. We're small and plan on staying that way, but we're still looking for members who want to encourage and be encouraged.

    I would love to join. I'm 48 and am over any kind of fad diet. I technically have 50 lbs. to lose but I'm only 5'1".
