I am a 43 year old teacher who is a mother of 2 kiddos. I have been emotional eating my entire life and I’m making steps to stomp it out with the help of a therapist, dietician and exercise. Looking to increase the size of my circle of support!

Within a few weeks of starting mfp, my anxiety and depression symptoms had lessened and I was no longer eating due to emotions.10

You can add me, I'm a 48 year old teacher. I lost one of my students to drowning two years ago, used food to cope and went up to a high of 230 lbs. I have been back at this since the end of April and have lost 30 lbs.8

I totally get it. I lost someone I loved. When I gave the eulogy I was my normal weight 185 and then after 7 years of grieving and weighing 250 I did something about it. This app helps. I’m 220 now and slowly working it down. Please add me.3
