Hi I’m new

Just started on my fitness pal 3 days ago so far I love it. Need all the encouragement I can get. I’m disabled and it’s very hard to exercise. I have found a low impact exercise I’m doing and I’ve always lost really really slowly.so any tips are appreciated I have 50 lbs to lose thanks

    Eyy!! Losing slowly is not always a bad thing. If you lose weight too fast youll gain it back fast. Lose it slowly and youre more likely to keep it off. Keep up the hard work! 💙
