Hey everyone! You look fabulous today!
I however, am struggling to stay motivated to hit 12,000-16,000 steps per day. I have a desk job and limited free time to it’s easy to schlump into a chair and say Screw It.
Im no marathon runner. Im outta shape and over 50. If you own Garmin and want a buddy to motivate and challenge; look me up. I’m SammyD

I would suggest a couch to 5k running program. Also I saw today Strava have just introduced the Escape Plan which aims to get people active for 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks. The aim is to change habits. Good luck0
