Back in the saddle again

Hi, I’m a 55 year old man back at it again. I went from 300 to 220 with this app and working out etc... but went through some rough patches in my life ... now I’m back up to 255... looking for some friends to chat with. I like the ideas of it’s all about the right calories in vs calories out. I like to try to maintain the 40/20/40 rule.... 40% carbs, 20% fat and 40% protein.. What do you think?

    You've done it before. You know what you need to do.

    I don't pay much attention to the macros. I'm all about the calorie deficit.

    I'm more of a fan of low carb, 20/40/40, but like Lynda said, it's all about the deficit. Happy cutting!!
