How to calculate calories & macros for home cured bacon

I've recently started buying pork belly and curing it at home. It's the best bacon I think I've ever had - no water comes off it, it crisps brilliantly and tastes so nice.
It's an occasional treat and I dont want to feel guilty about it but I have no idea how to account for it in myfitnesspal.
Any ideas? Calories vary so much for shop bought streaky bacon and I'm not sure if using cured pork belly works...
Any suggestions gratefully received!

Tough one! I guess just pick the store brand/product that seems closest.
That's what I did when I made cottage cheese a few weeks ago.0
