Hi I’m Michelle first day on MyFitnessPal

Hi I’m Michelle. First day doing this fitness plan and it’s hard I’m so hungry. Does not seem enough food. Any tips welcome also I’m gluten free so need ideas for lunch and dinners which are gluten free as well as keep the calories down. Many thanks Michelle

    Most importantly, get a food scale. Worth its weight in gold.
